Kyle Haines currently lives in Southern California in the suburbs with his family. Kyle is 16 years old and has a 15 year old brother.

Kyle's first art teacher was his mother. At age 6 Kyle would watch his mother drawing portraits. Kyle wanted to draw as good as her. So he asked if she would teach him how to draw. Kyle spent the next several years learning to draw. He progressed nicely and soon was drawing well enough to make himself happy.

When Kyle entered High School his mother suggested he go into Advanced Art. Kyle had never had another art teacher besides his mother and she thought that having another perspective might help Kyle to expand his talent.

She was right. By the end of his Sophmore year Kyle's art had expanded into areas he himself never knew he could venture into. Kyle's mother still helps him, still gives him pointers, but most importantly, she encourages him to continue with his talents.
